Offered to change rooms but decided I didn't want to move my things and wait for housekeeping. I went to the front desk at about 11:30 pm and the guy offered clean sheets and blankets which I would have to change myself but after 10 minutes he couldn't find them and said housekeeping would be there at midnight and would change them. Recording said they were busy and my call would be answered in the order it was received. Called the front desk, sat on hold for 10+ minutes. Upon arriving in room I discovered the bed sheets disgustingly dirty (had poop stains).
